rj45_notes_auto = AUTO: The device works as WAN/LAN interface adaptive mode，it decide the ethernet interface should work as WAN interface or LAN interface according the manner through which the device connect with network outside. <br/>When ethernet interface work as WAN interface, and PPPoE manner, user need to fill up the username and password information to get internet service. <br/>When ethernet interface work as WAN interface, and the operator's network can allocate the effective IP address automatically as a DHCP Server, the device can connect internet automatically, no parameter need. In fact, the device work as DHCP Client, and get IP from operator's network.<br/>PS: If the device connect internet by ethernet interface, it will close the wireless connection.  So, if user want to return to wireless connection, he need to disconnect the ethernet connection, or set the ethernet interface work as LAN only mode.
rj45_notes_dhcp = Ethernet interface work as WAN mode. The device will work as a DHCP Client, and get the effective IP address from operator's network, and connect to internet.
rj45_notes_static = Static: Ethernet interface work as WAN mode. User has to input the IP address and gateway, DNS information manually, these information should be got from operator.User can access internet by fixed IP address.
rj45_notes_pppoe = PPPoE: Ethernet interface work as WAN mode. User need to input the username and password of PPPoE, and connect to internet.
rj45_notes_lan = LAN only: Ethernet interface work as LAN mode. The PC and laptop connect with the device by this LAN interface act as the same with the Wi-Fi client connect with the device,  all of them works in a local network. The device connect internet by wireless connection, not by ethernet interface.

מצהיר כי מסכים ומודע לכך כי ברכישת ציוד הקצה אותו סיפקה חברת יוסי תקשורת הוא מסכים לכך שציוד קצה זה ניתן לשימוש אך ורק בשירות יוסי תקשורת המשוייך לרשת נטפרי ללא כל אפשרות לגלישה ברשת אחרת או על ידי חברה אחרת. הלקוח מצהיר כי אין לו כל קובלנה על חברת יוסי תקשורת והוא מסכים להגבלות האמורות. <br>מובהר בזאת כי החברה ו/או מי מטעמה לא יהיו אחראים, במישרין או בעקיפין, במקרה בו יגרם כל נזק ישיר או עקיף כתוצאה משימוש במוצר או בשירות. <br>הינך מסכים שלא תפריע, תשבש, תשנה, תשמיד, תפגום, תגביל, תחבל או תשפיע בכל דרך אחרת על פעולתו התקינה של המוצר, הן על ידי שינוי גירסת המוצר בכל דרך שהיא, לרבות ומבלי הגבלה, באמצעות שימוש בכל קוד מזיק או לא מאושר, וירוסים, תולעים, סוסים טרויאניים, תוכנת ריגול, תוכנה זדונית או כל אמצעי או טכנולוגיה משמידה או משבשת. <br><b> זכויות יוצרים </b><br>חברת יוסי תקשורת הינה הבעלים הבלעדיים של טכנולוגיית חסימת המוצר לרשת נטפרי בלבד ושל הקניין הרוחני, ואין לאף אדם להעתיק ו/או לשכפל בצורה חלקית או מלאה טכנולוגיה זו ואין לעשות בה שימוש שלא בהתאם לתנאי השימוש. <br><b> השירות </b><br>נטפרי מספקת שירות של סינון תכנים במסגרת גלישה ברשת האינטרנט ביחס לאמצעי גישה לאינטרנט נייחים וסלולארים. <br><br>הסינון מתבצע באמצעות תוכנות שהמשתמש מטעין למחשבו ו/או לציוד הסלולאר שלו ו/או באמצעות קישור למערכותיה של נטפרי, ומתן הרשאות שימוש מאת הלקוח לנטפרי במחשבו או בהתקן שבו התוכנות מותקנות. <br>הלקוח מצהיר כי מסכים ומודע לכך, כי בהתקנת התוכנות ובמתן ההרשאות הוא מעניק לנטפרי את האפשרות לצפות ולהתערב בפעולות שונות המתבצעות בהתקן שלו, לרבות הגבלתן תוך כדי קיום קישור ממוחשב אל מערכות נטפרי. <br>אופן הסינון, התכנים המסוננים, ואלו שנותרים נגישים נקבעים לפי שיקול דעתה המוחלט של נטפרי, אשר פועלת על פי הנחיותיה הרוחניות של ועדת רבנים. מבלי שיש בכך כדי לחייב את נטפרי, ככלל הסינון פועל בשיטת הרשימה הלבנה, כך שרק אתרים אשר נבדקו על ידי נטפרי, נגישים לגולש המשתמש בשירות נטפרי. <br>הסינון יכול להיות כרוך בטשטוש תמונות, הסרת תמונות, וטקסטים מאתרים שנותרה הנגישות אליהם. נטפרי שומרת לעצמה הזכות לנקוט בכל אמצעי שתראה לנכון במסגרת השירות על מנת למנוע חשיפה לתכנים לא ראויים. כמו כן, השירות עשוי להפנות את המשתמש לאתר שהותאם במיוחד למגזר החרדי ולאו דווקא לאתר הראשי. <br>אין נטפרי יכולה להבטיח, כי המשתמש יהיה חסום באופן אבסולוטי לתכנים שאינם ראויים מפאת האופי הדינאמי של רשת האינטרנט, אולם היא תעשה את מיטב מאמציה הסבירים על מנת לצמצם ככל הניתן מקרים אלו. <br><br>ללקוח ידוע, כי במהלך גלישתו ברשת האינטרנט הוא עשוי להחשב כמזוהה על ידי אתרי אינטרנט שונים לרבות אתרי סחר, כמי שהופנה אליה על ידי נטפרי – שדבר שעשוי לתגמל את נטפרי כמפנה. הלקוח מסכים למצב דברים זה, ומצהיר כי אין כל טענה או דרישה כלפי נטפרי בעניין זה. <br>בהתאם להתקדמות הטכנולוגית הרלוונטית ובהתאם להנחיות הועדה הרוחנית, נטפרי רשאית מעת לעת לשנות את הרכב ותנאי השירות ומאפייניו. ככל שתבצע נטפרי שינוי מהותי כאמור היא תעשה מאמצים מסחריים סבירים להודיע על כך מראש ללקוח. <br><b> הקמת השירות </b><br>לצורך הקמת השירות, על הלקוח להתחבר לספק שירותי גישה לאינטרנט, המשתף פעולה עם נטפרי, ככל שאפשרות זו מתקיימת או לקבל מאת נטפרי קישור להורדת התוכנה וכן ליצור חשבון בנטפרי הכולל שם משתמש וסיסמא, שבמסגרתו יוכל לקבוע את הגדרות הסינון האישיות ולנהל פניותיו לנטפרי. <br>לקוח שהחל בתהליך ההרשמה לשירותי נטפרי ולא סיימו, עלול להיות מנותק משירות הגלישה, ועליו לפנות לספק האינטרנט שלו על מנת לחדש את שירות הגלישה, או לסיים את תהליך ההרשמה. <br>באחריות הלקוח לבדוק מול נטפרי או ספקי האינטרנט, (לעניין תנאים אלו, ספק אינטרנט במשמע אף ספק שירות גלישה סלולארי) הפועלים בשיתוף פעולה עימה את הדרישות הטכנולוגיות המתבקשות ביחס לציוד הקצה בו הוא גולש ורוחב הפס הנדרש לשם גלישה יעילה תוך כדי שימוש בשירות. <br>מובהר כי הדרישות הטכנולוגיות עשויות להשתנות מעת לעת. <br><b> ביטול </b><br>נטפרי תהיה זכאית לבטל את ההתקשרות ולא לספק את השירות ללקוח, או לחילופין לעכב את אספקת השירות ללקוח, בכל מקרה בו הפר הלקוח את התחייבויותיו כאמור בהסכם זה ו/או בתנאים שיקבעו בינו לבין נטפרי, ולא תיקן את הדרוש, תוך 15 יום מיום קבלת הודעת נטפרי. <br>נטפרי רשאית להפסיק את כל אחד משירותיה לרבות את כולם בהודעה בת 30 יום מראש. <br>הלקוח רשאי לבקש את הפסקת השירות באמצעות מתן הודעה בכתב לנטפרי הכוללת את פרטי הזיהוי של הלקוח. נטפרי רשאית לחזור אל הלקוח על מנת לוודא כי הוא העומד מאחורי הבקשה. נטפרי רשאית לקבוע את דרכי הגשת הבקשה ולצמצמם למשלוח בקשה באמצעות ממשק שתקבע באתר נטפרי או בממשק הכללי של השירות. # הפסקת השירות תתבצע תוך 3 ימי עבודה, ומועדה ידחה ככל שנטפרי במהלך התקופה הנדונה פנתה ללקוח על מנת לוודא כאמור שהוא עומד מאחורי הגשת הבקשה והלקוח לא היה זמין. על כל פנים, הפסקת השירות לא תהווה עילה להחזרת כספים ככל שהלקוח שילם עבור תקופת החיוב החודשית שבמהלכה בוצע הניתוק. <br>לקוח שהתנתק משירותי נטפרי, עלול להדרש על ידי ספק האינטרנט שלו או ספק שירות הסלולאר לקבל שם וסיסמא חדשים אצל ספק האינטרנט או סים סלולארי חדש לפי העניין לשם חידוש הגישה לרשת האינטרנט. <br><b> התמורה </b><br>תמורת אספקת השירות ישלם הלקוח תשלום חודשי קבוע, בהתאם לסיכום בין הצדדים. <br>התשלום החודשי הקבוע בגין השירות יגבה על ידי נטפרי באמצעות אמצעי התשלום של הלקוח שנמסר לנטפרי או באמצעות אמצעי התשלום שניתן על ידי הלקוח לספקית האינטרנט שלו או על ידי כל גורם אחר המבצע את הגבייה עבור נטפרי. <br>מועד תחילת מתן השירות, לצורך חיוב הלקוח בדמי השימוש בגינו, יחשב כמועד שבו השלימה נטפרי את חיבור הלקוח לשירותים, לפי רשומותיה של נטפרי. <br>התשלום יבוצע מראש עבור כל תקופת החיוב. <br>התמורה שסוכמה עם הלקוח מתייחסת אך ורק לשירותים הנכללים בסיכום ובהיקף ובתנאים המפורטים בו. כל שירות נוסף, הרחבה, תוספת, שינוי, שיפור, עדכון וכלל זה הסרת שיפורים או תוספות ישאו תשלום נוסף מצידו של הלקוח בהתאם למחירון נטפרי או לפי הסכמה שתועדה בכתב או בכל אמצעי חיצוני ואמין אחר בין הלקוח לבין נציגות מוסמכת של נטפרי או אמצעי דיגיטלי מטעמה. <br>התמורה עשויה להיות בהתאם לתקופות החיוב שתקבענה על ידי נטפרי מעת לעת, ולפי הסכומים והתנאים העדכניים במחירון נטפרי. התמורה יכולה להיות קבועה ו/או לפי מידת השימוש בשירותי נטפרי או לפי הפעולות המבוצעות על ידי הלקוח במסגרת השירות. <br>נטפרי רשאית לשנות מעת לעת באמצעות הודעה ללקוח את תעריפיה הנגבים מהלקוח, וכן לקבוע מחיר לשירותים שסופקו בחינם. <br>נטפרי תהא זכאית לתשלום מלוא התמורה בעבור כל תקופת החיוב אף אם הלקוח לא היה מחובר לשירות, במהלך כל תקופת החיוב ולרבות במקרים שבהם חלו שיבושים בשירותי נטפרי. <br>תשלומי הלקוח אינם מקנים לו כל זכות קניינית בתשתיות נטפרי, בישומיה או ברישיונותיה או ברישיונות ספקיה, או בכל נכס מוחשי או רוחני שבקניין של נטפרי או ספקיה. <br>הלקוח מסכים בזאת כי משלוח החשבוניות יתבצע אך ורק באופן אלקטרוני לתיבת דואר אלקטרוני שתמסר על ידי הלקוח לנטפרי, או במסגרת החשבונית מטעמה של ספקית האינטרנט שעל שירותיה הוא מנוי. <br>זמינות והיעדר אחריות<br>השירותים ניתנים ללקוח על בסיס ״AS-IS״. ברור ללקוח, כי נטפרי אינה נותנת כל מצג מפורש או משתמע באשר לרמת הסינון ובאשר להתאמת השירותים לשימוש מסוים. <br>הלקוח מסכים ומודע לכך שהשירות מעצם טבעו נתון להפסקות ו/או הפרעות ו/או שיבושים, כי נטפרי אינה מתחייבת לספק השירותים (לרבות גישה לאינטרנט ולמידע) באופן רציף וללא כל הפרעות, וכי יתכנו מקרים שתוכן בלתי הולם עלול להגיע אל הציוד או כי צד ג' יצליח לבצע מעקף לשירותים או לפורצם. <br>ידוע ללקוח, כי השירות, עלול לפגוע באיכות הגלישה ברשת האינטרנט בעת השימוש בשירות. הלקוח פוטר את נטפרי מאחריות לכל נזק ו/או אי נוחות העשוי להיגרם לו ו/או לצד שלישי כלשהו, בגין השימוש בשירות. <br>הצדדים מסכימים כי ביחסים בינהם, תחול החסינות הקבועה בסעיפים 40-41 לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושירותים) התשנ״ב - 1982 (״החוק״), אף אם זו אינה חלה על נטפרי על פי הוראות חוק אלו. <br>מובהר בזאת, כי נטפרי לא תשא בנזקים אשר עלולים להיגרם ללקוח עקב החיבור השירות ו/או שיבוש או הפרעה בהם. <br>ידוע ללקוח, כי נטפרי אינה חלק מהתקשרותו עם ספק האינטרנט, וכי אינה נוטלת כל אחריות ביחס להתנהלותו של ספק האינטרנט כלפי הלקוח, לרבות בכל הקשור לתשלומי הלקוח לספק האינטרנט ואיכות שירותיו. <br>בכל מקרה, חבותה היחידה של נטפרי, בין על-פי דיני החוזים, הנזיקין או כל דין אחר, תהא מוגבלת לסכום התמורה אשר שולם בפועל עבור השירותים המסופקים על ידה על-פי הסכם זה בתקופה של ששת החודשים שקדמו ליצירת החבות או עד לסכום של 1000 ₪, הנמוך שביניהם. <br><br>מובהר בזאת, כי המידע והנתונים המועברים במסגרת השירות אינם מאובטחים, ונטפרי אינה אחראית לאבטחתם. <br>נטפרי אינה אחראית לנזקים הנובעים מהפצת תוכנות ו/או קבצים זדוניים, שמקורם אצל הלקוח או בגורמים שלישיים כלשהם. <br>השימוש בשירות נשוא הסכם זה נעשה על אחריותו הבלעדית של הלקוח. הלקוח יהיה האחראי הבלעדי לכל נזק שיגרם לו הנובע כתוצאה, כפועל יוצא ו/או בקשר עם השימוש בשירות. <br>הלקוח לא יבוא לספק הגישה לאינטרנט, בכל טענה לעניין מחדלי או מעשי נטפרי בהקשר לשירות ככל שספק האינטרנט איפשר את רישום הלקוח לשירותי נטפרי. <br><b> פרטיות </b><br>לקוח ידוע, כי פרטי גלישתו ברשת האינטרנט חשופים לנטפרי כחלק בלתי נפרד ממתן השירות. <br>נטפרי רשאית לאסוף, לתעד ולעשות שימוש בכל פרט אודות הלקוח ובכלל כך חיוביו הכספיים, נתוני מיקום, דפוסי שימוש בשירותי נטפרי והשימושים הנעשים בשירותיה, בין שהמידע הגיע לידיה מהלקוח ו/או המשתמש ובין מכל מקור אחר (להלן: “מידע").<br>נטפרי רשאית להשתמש במידע מבלי שיהא בכך לזהות את הלקוח או המשתמש בפני צדדים שלישיים, בעצמה ו/או באמצעות צדדים שלישיים הפועלים מטעמה לשם ביצוע ניתוחים ופילוחים סטטיסטיים ושיווקיים, לשם פיתוח שירותים, פירסום ומשלוחו ללקוח או לאחרים, שיווק, ו/או מתן הצעות שונות שלא בהכרח ביחס לשירותי נטפרי ללקוח ו/או למשתמשים אחרים בשירותי נטפרי. <br>נטפרי רשאית למסור ללא קבלת רשות מהלקוח או משתמשיו את המידע לרבות מידע המזהה את הלקוח לצדדים שלישיים כלשהם על מנת לעשות בו שימוש במקרים הבאים: לשם בקרה/שמירה על תקינות ו/או טיב מערכותיה ו/או השירות ולהגנה על פעילותה ופעילות משתמשיה, בקרה על קיום הוראות כל דין, לצרכי אספקת שירותי # נטפרי לרבות ניהולם, פיתוחם, שיווקם, הגנה על זכויותיה או זכויות מי שקשור בה, גביית כספים והפקת חשבונות. <br>הלקוח נותן בזאת הסכמתו לקבלת פירסומות מסחריות או אחרות ו/או עדכונים ו/או חומר שיווקי כלשהו בין שהם נוגעים לשירותיה של נטפרי ובין שאינם, וזאת לכל אחד מהאמצעים שהלקוח משתמש בהם כדי להנות משירותי נטפרי וזאת גם במהלך או בטרם שימושו בכל אחד מהשירותים, לרבות: לתיבת הדואר האלקטרוני שלו, או במהלך גלישתו ברשת האינטרנט, או במסגרת תפריטי הציוד המחוברים לשירותי נטפרי, או במהלך או בטרם צריכת תכנים וכיוב' מדיה או שירותי תקשורת המסופקים על ידי נטפרי. הלקוח לא יבוא בכל טענה כלפי נטפרי, כי קבלת החומרים הנדונים יש בה משום פגימה בהנאתו מהשירותים, או עיכוב באספקתם או השגת גבול או חדירה לפרטיותו. על אף האמור לעיל בתת סעיף זה, הלקוח רשאי לבקש מאת נטפרי באמצעות פנייה למוקדי השירות שלה, כי לא ישלחו אליו דברי פרסומת שעל משלוחם חל סעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשל"ב- 1982. <br>למען הסר ספק יובהר, כי אין בהוראות פרק זה כדי לגרוע ו/או למצות מזכויותיה של נטפרי לאסוף, להשתמש ו/או למסור מידע על פי כל דין, וכי הוראות פרק זה באות להוסיף על הוראות כל דין. <br>למען הסר ספק, אין באמור לעיל כדי למנוע מאת נטפרי להענות לכל הוראה מאת רשות מוסמכת למסור ולהעביר אליה מידע אודות הלקוח. <br><b> שיוך לקהילה </b><br>הלקוח רשאי לבקש שיוך לקהילת מנויים מסויימת מבין קהילות המנויים שנטפרי הקימה לצרכי השירות. <br>נטפרי רשאית לקבוע מאפייני שירות יחודיים לכל קהילה בתיאום עם נציגות הקהילה, כפי שתהיה מעת לעת, לדוגמא: סוגי האתרים והתכנים אליהם תתאפשר גישה. <br>הלקוח נותן בזאת הסכמתו על אף האמור בסעיף 6 לעיל, להעברת המידע כהגדרתו בסעיף 6 לעיל לעיון ושימוש נציגות הקהילה, ובכלל זאת: מסלולי השירות עליהם הלקוח מנוי או משוייך, מועדי גלישה באינטרנט, התנתקות מהשירות או מהקהילה וכיו"ב. <br>הלקוח מסיר כל טענה כלפי נטפרי בכל הנוגע להעברת המידע שלעיל לנציגות הקהילה ולכל שימוש שנציגות הקהילה עשויה לעשות בו. <br><b> קניין רוחני </b><br>כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני בשירות, בתוכנות הכרוכות במתן השירותים, הינן רכושם הבלעדי של נטפרי או של מי מטעמה או של צדדים שלישיים אחרים, לרבות זכויות יוצרים, זכויות מבצעים, פטנטים ומדגמים, שמות, לוגו וסימנים מסחריים, בין שרשומים ובין שאינם רשומים, סודות מסחריים ומידע עסקי, לרבות במידע הטכנולוגי הכרוך בהפעלתה לרבות האלגוריתמים, השיטות, המערכות, בסיסי הנתונים, היישומים, קבצים גרפים, קודי מחשב, חומרים כתובים ו/או כל חומר או מידע אחר הכלול בהם, כולל עיצובים וגרפיקה (להלן ולעיל: "הקניין הרוחני").<br>ידוע ללקוח, כי רשות השימוש שניתנת לו בקניין הרוחני היא אישית ולצרכים פרטיים בלבד. <br>הלקוח מתחייב שלא לעשות כל שימוש בקניין הרוחני, לרבות להעתיק, להפיץ, להציג או לבצע בפומבי, לשכפל, לשווק, למכור, להשכיר, לערוך, למסור לצד שלישי, לשנות עיצוב ו/או ממשק גרפי של השירות, ליצור יצירות נגזרות או לעשות כל שימוש מסחרי כלשהו בקניין הרוחני ו/או בכל חלק הימנו, בין על ידו ובין באמצעות או בשיתוף צד שלישי, בלא קבלת הסכמתה מראש ובכתב של נטפרי. <br>ככל שהלקוח קיבל מאת נטפרי את האפשרות לעשות שימוש בתוכנות שסופקו על ידי נטפרי לצרכי רשות השימוש בשירות, הרי עם תום תקופת השימוש יאפשר לנטפרי להסירם, ולא יעשה בהם כל שימוש. הלקוח מסכים, כי נטפרי תהא רשאית לבצע את השינויים הנדרשים בציוד ובהגדרותיו לרבות באמצעות גישה מרחוק על מנת למנוע את גישת הלקוח לשירותיה עם סיום תקופת השימוש כאמור. <br>התחייבויות הלקוח בסעיף זה תישארנה בתוקף בכל עת. <br><b> הצהרות והתחייבויות הלקוח </b><br>במסגרת שימושו של הלקוח בשירותי נטפרי, מתחייב הלקוח כדלקמן: <br>להימנע מלגרום נזק ו/או הפרעה ו/או הגבלת השימוש בשירות ו/או מלבצע מעשה העלול להוות הפרה של זכויות נטפרי, ספקיה, לקוחות אחרים, משתמשים בשירותים או צד ג' כלשהו. הלקוח ישפה את נטפרי מיד עם קבלת דרישה לעשות כן, בגין כל נזק ו/או הפסד ו/או הוצאה (לרבות הוצאות משפטיות) אשר נגרמו לה ו/או לצד ג' כלשהו כתוצאה משימוש שעשה ו/או שנעשה דרכו ו/או שנעשה בשירות, לרבות בגין נזקים ו/או הפסדים ו/או הוצאות שנגרמו בעקבות הפרת הוראה מהוראות ההסכם ו/או פעולה בניגוד להוראות שניתנו ללקוח מעת לעת. <br>כי לא יעשה שימוש ולא יאפשר לאחר לעשות שימוש בשירותי נטפרי לשם פעולה שאינה כדין ו/או פעולה העולה כדי עוולה ו/או פגיעה בזכויות קניין רוחני של נטפרי ו/או של כל צד שלישי אחר ו/או פעולה הפוגעת בפרטיותו של אחר על פי כל דין. <br>ינהג בתום לב ובדרך מקובלת, וייעשה שימוש הוגן ולא יעשה או יפעל בכל דרך המהווה או העשויה להיחשב כשימוש לרעה. <br>מובהר בזאת, כי רשות השימוש בשירות על פי תנאי הסכם זה הינה ללקוח בלבד לשימוש פרטי שאינו מסחרי. הלקוח לא יאפשר שימוש מכל סוג ומין שהוא, בין בתמורה ובין שלא בתמורה, לאחר. הלקוח ישמור בסוד את אמצעי הגישה לשירותי נטפרי אשר יינתנו לו ע״י נטפרי, לא יעביר מידע זה לצד ג' כלשהו בלא קבלת רשות בכתב מאת נטפרי וישנה את סיסמאותיו, ככל שניתנו לו, מפעם לפעם, באופן שלא יתאפשר לצד ג' כלשהו שימוש בלתי מורשה בשירותים. <br>הלקוח מתחייב שלא להמחות או להעביר בדרך אחרת הסכם זה או את הזכויות שלו על פיו. השירות מוענק ללקוח הוא לשימושו הפרטי בלבד, והוא מתחייב שלא לסחרו ולא לאפשר שימוש לאחרים ללא הסכמת נטפרי מראש ובכתב. מובהר, כי נסיון המחאה או העברה כאמור יהיה בטל ויהווה הפרה יסודית של ההסכם. <br>הלקוח מתחייב לשתף פעולה עם נטפרי ככל שיידרש, באופן סביר, כדי לאפשר אספקת שירותי נטפרי, ובכלל זה מתן גישה חופשית ובטוחה לציוד. כן יאפשר הלקוח לנטפרי או למי מטעמה לבצע שינויים הנדסיים ואחרים בציוד אשר מצויים בידו לשם שימוש בשירות וזאת לרבות בדרך של שינוי מרחוק. <br>מבלי לגרוע מכלליות המפורט בסעיף זה, מתחייב הלקוח שלא לבצע כל פעולה שיש בה כדי לעקוף או להסיר את המגבלות המוטמעות בשירותי נטפרי. <br>הלקוח מצהיר כי מוסמך להזמין את השירות ביחס למנוי שירותי האינטרנט לגביו השירות חל, וכן הוא מתחייב להודיע לכל המשתמשים בשירותי האינטרנט הנדונים, כי פעילותם ברשת חשופה לפני נטפרי כמפורט בסעיף 6 לתנאים אלו. וכן הוא מתחייב להודיע לכל המשתמשים בשירותי האינטרנט הנדונים על תנאי שימוש אלו ולקבל את הסכמתם. <br>הלקוח מתחייב מייד עם קבלת דרישה לעשות כן, לשפות את נטפרי או מי מספקיה בגין כל אובדן/הוצאה/נזק/הפסד (לרבות הוצאות משפטיות) שיגרמו עקב מעשה/מחדל של הלקוח בקשר עם השירות נשוא הסכם זה ותנאיו לנטפרי לספקיה או צד ג' אחר ובכלל זה כתוצאה משימוש שעשה הלקוח בשירות, לרבות בגין נזקים ו/או הפסדים ו/או הוצאות שנגרמו בעקבות הפרת הוראה מהוראות ההסכם ו/או פעולה בניגוד להוראות שניתנו ללקוח מעת לעת. <br>הלקוח מצהיר בזאת, כי הסכמתו לתנאים אלו, מהווה הסכמה מצד כל המשתמשים באמצעי הגישה לאינטרנט שהשירות מופעל לעניינו, וכי יידע את כל המשתמשים הנ"ל בכל פרטי תנאים אלו, בפרט בכל הנוגע למפורט בסעיפי 6 ו – 7, וקיבל את הסכמתם לכך. הלקוח מצהיר כי הינו אחראי לכל מעשי המשתמשים כלפי נטפרי בכל הנוגע לשירות, וככל שמי מהם יבוא בדרישה או בטענה כלפי נטפרי, הלקוח ישפה את נטפרי ביחס לכל דרישותיהם, וישא בכל הוצאות נטפרי ביחס לטיפול בדרישות אלו

privacy_policy_url=בכל מקרה של סתירה ו/או אי-התאמה כלשהי בין הוראות תנאי שימוש אלו לפרסומים אחרים כלשהם רישומי נטפרי ונהליה יהוו ראיה מכרעת לגבי כל הנושאים הקשורים בכל צורה שהיא לשירות זה. <br>לבית דין צדק של העדה החרדית ירושלים תהיה סמכות בשיפוט הבלעדית והייחודית לדון בכל מקרה של סכסוך או מחלוקת בקשר עם נושאי תנאי שימוש אלו. בכל מקרה שבו בית דין צדק זה לא יוכל לדון בסכסוך או מחלוקת כאמור סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית תוקנה לבתי המשפט בעיר לוד. <br>מובהר ומוסכם כי פרטי הלקוח, כפי שנמסרו על ידו בעת הצטרפותו לשירות, לרבות כתובת הדוא״ל שתימסר על ידו או הידועה נטפרי במועד הצטרפותו לשירות, יהוו את מענו לצורך משלוח הודעות על ידי נטפרי, ובכלל זה למשלוח הודעות פרסומת. ככל שהלקוח הצטרף לשירות באמצעות צד ג', הלקוח מתיר לאותו צד ג' להעביר אל נטפרי את כל פרטיו המצויים אצל אותו צד ג'. <br>כל הודעה שתשלח נטפרי ללקוח תחשב כאילו הגיעה ללקוח שלושה ימי עסקים ממועד משלוחה, אם נשלחה בדואר ישראל או נשלחה לכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני, ואם נמסרה ביד או הועברה בפקסימיליה - בעת קבלת אישור מסירתה או העברתה, לפי העניין.
